RESCENE named tourism ambassadors to promote Gyeongju’s Silla heritage

RESCENE were appointed tourism ambassadors for Gyeongju at the end of June to help promote the city’s Silla heritage.
The five members Woni, Liv, Minami, Mei, and Jena will take part in activities showcasing Gyeongju’s historical sites and attractions. RESCENE debuted in 2024 under THE MUZE Entertainment and are known for the songs “Love Attack” and “Pretty Girl”.
The group filmed promotional content at Laone, a botanical garden in Bomun-dong. They shot videos that highlight Gyeongju’s cultural and historical features.
During the visit the members wore hanbok and staged a Silla-era style procession together with the Silla Gochwidae military band. They also toured scenic spots inside the garden while creating short and long video footage for the city’s channels.
At the appointment ceremony the members were presented with honorary “Silla princess” certificates as symbols of their role in sharing the kingdom’s legacy.
Going forward RESCENE will appear at major festivals and events in Gyeongju, model for promotional materials, and participate in online campaigns to support tourism.
Gyeongju Mayor Joo Nak Young shared his hope that the videos featuring RESCENE will introduce the city’s new charm to fans and tourists alike.
