Red Velvet goes underwater in new teasers for ‘Velvet Summer’

Red Velvet announced their summer comeback with the mini-album Velvet Summer and dropped new individual teaser images on July 30 at midnight KST.

The teasers keep the group’s alluring, oneiric vibe. Each member poses against a blue backdrop that depicts a mysterious underwater atmosphere.

Red Velvet will perform the new title track “Surfin’ Boy” for the first time at their upcoming fan concert, before the song’s official release.

The mini-album Velvet Summer is slated for release on August 3 at 6 PM KST.
