Jennie releases teaser poster for self-produced single Less Than a Lover
BLACKPINK’s Jennie is returning to the music scene with a self-produced single, ‘Less Than a Lover‘.
The singer went viral two days ago when she posted a Polaroid photo with a mysterious man, signaling a new project. Following her social media update, Jennie revealed she will be releasing new music, fully directed and produced by her.
On July 21 at midnight KST, Jennie dropped a new concept photo for the new single. In the photo, she is seen with the same man, displaying their budding love and raising anticipation for the narrative she will tell. The latest teaser poster shows the MV will also be directed by Jennie.
Meanwhile, Jennie’s first solo release under her own company, Odd Atelier, was her debut full-length album ‘Ruby,’ which was released in March 2025. Now she returns with a new project, ‘Less Than a Lover,’ which is set to drop on July 24 at 12 AM EST/1 PM KST.
