EXO’s Sehun releases Chinese single ‘Fade’ featuring NCT WISH’s Sion
Sehun released the Chinese digital single “Fade” on July 29 at 12 PM KST in partnership with Warner Music China.
The song is an R&B pop track that imagines a world without gravity, carried by a sentimental melody and designed to spotlight Sehun’s vocals and rap.
NCT WISH’s Sion appears on the track as a featured artist, creating a collaboration between SM Entertainment artists from different generations.
The single was released as part of a Warner Music China project that teams up with various artists to make original music content. Warner Music China contacted Sehun directly to offer the release, which the article says reflects steady demand for the EXO member in the Chinese-speaking market.
Sehun recently finished EXO’s sixth tour, ‘EXO PLANET #6 – EXORISE,’ which sold out all 27 shows across 14 cities worldwide.
