According to reports, the next hearings for ADOR’s damages lawsuit against Danielle are scheduled for September 10 and October 22, 2026.
The lawsuit, which was filed by ADOR against Danielle, her family, and former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin, is seeking approximately ₩33.1 billion KRW (about $22.4 million USD) in damages. The company has claimed that Danielle and the others were responsible for NewJeans’ departure from the agency and the delay in the group’s activities.
During the latest hearing, both sides reportedly disagreed over how potential damages should be calculated. ADOR argued that calculations should be based on the group’s expected performance if they had continued activities normally, while Danielle’s side argued that changes within the company, including Min Hee Jin’s departure and staff leaving, should be taken into account.
Following the announcement of the upcoming court dates, some fans criticized the length of the legal proceedings, claiming the extended timeline is creating additional pressure on Danielle.
