BTS Faces Live Singing Controversy After First “ARIRANG” Concert
BTS is facing backlash over their live singing at the first concert of the ARIRANG World Tour on April 9 at Goyang Stadium near Seoul.
The controversy began when a viral clip on X (formerly Twitter) showed Jin holding his mic toward the audience while his vocals continued playing. Even after he quickly turned the mic back to himself, the sound remained identical, sparking accusations that he wasn’t singing live.
Fans quickly reacted, accusing BTS of using live AR instead of fully singing during the concert. The clip has nearly 2 million views and drew sharp criticism.
