Jung Woo reveals scary sasaeng fan ordeal after Reply 1994 hit big

Reply 1994 actor Jung Woo opened up about why his career slowed down after the hit tvN drama. The reason? Intense sasaeng fan harassment.

On Shin Dong Yup’s YouTube show Zzanbro, Jung Woo said things got out of control once he became famous.

I was incredibly grateful, but as I suddenly became famous, I gained a lot of sasaeng fans… Some people sent me envelopes filled with their own hair, and others wrote letters in blood.

He went on to say sasaengs stalked him right outside his home, took photos, and even dug through his trash. Jung Woo admitted he struggled to handle it.
