ILLIT’s ‘NOT CUTE ANYMORE’ exceeds 200 million streams on Spotify
ILLIT has hit a new milestone, with their song ‘NOT CUTE ANYMORE’ exceeding 200 million streams on Spotify as of July 17. This achievement marks ILLIT’s second track to reach this significant streaming milestone.
The total streams for ‘NOT CUTE ANYMORE’ have now reached 200,298,252. The song achieved 100 million streams in just 73 days after its release in November. It then added another 100 million streams in a span of five months.
‘NOT CUTE ANYMORE’ is a reggae-inspired pop track that conveys a desire to move beyond a cute image. Its minimal instrumental arrangement and conversational vocal delivery have resonated well with fans. The expressive choreography during promotions also received notable attention.
Along with this new achievement, ILLIT now has seven songs with over 100 million streams on Spotify. Their debut song, ‘Magnetic’, has surpassed 800 million streams, making it the fastest debut song by a K-pop group to achieve this in approximately two years and one month.
The group’s other songs that have surpassed 100 million streams include ‘Lucky Girl Syndrome’, ‘Cherish (My Love)’, ‘Tick-Tack’, ‘Do the Dance’, and ‘jellyous’.
