Kyung Soo-jin makes theatrical debut in ‘The Secret of the Flower’
Kyung Soo-jin will make her theater debut in the comedy play The Secret of the Flower, directed by Jang Jin.
The play is set in Villaperosa, a village in northwestern Italy, and follows four housewives who spend a day disguised as their missing husbands.
This season uses a gender-free casting approach, a choice that attracted attention in the theater community ahead of opening night.
Kyung Soo-jin will take on the role of Monica, described as a lively housewife who once dreamed of becoming an actress.
Kyung Soo-jin said:

“Taking my first step into this world with director Jang Jin’s work and the captivating role of Monica is both thrilling and nerve-wracking.”
The production runs from September 12 to November 29 at Bugs Hall in Seoul’s Link Art Center. The first round of tickets goes on sale August 7 at 11 AM.
Kyung Soo-jin has worked in dramas and films and signed with uhoostudio in 2025. This stage role marks the addition of theater to her range as a performer.
