Jennie headlines Lollapalooza Chicago as first Korean solo artist, debuts unreleased song
Jennie closed Lollapalooza Chicago on August 1 as the final act on the main Bud Light stage, making history as the first Korean solo artist to headline the North American festival.
Her set ran for about one hour and featured 18 songs backed by a live band.

This was Jennie’s first festival performance since she released the single “Less than a Lover” last month.
She also performed a previously unreleased song for the first time during the show.
Other headliners who appeared on the main stage included Charli XCX and Lorde.
The Bud Light stage has previously hosted The Cure, Coldplay, and The Weeknd.
Jennie will next appear at Japan’s Summer Sonic 2026 as part of her continuing festival schedule.
