ASTRO’s MJ completes first solo fan meeting in 10 years ahead of ‘Right..?’

MJ completed his first solo fan meeting on August 1 at Seongsu Art Hall in Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
The 2026 fan meeting ‘The Hangout’ ran in two sessions at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. It was MJ’s first solo fan meeting in the 10 years since his debut. The event was held ahead of his single album ‘Right..?’, due on August 19 at 6 p.m. through various online music platforms.
The event used a neighborhood convenience store concept. MJ interacted with AROHA as if they were close friends and created multiple memorable moments.
He opened with songs from his digital single ‘Happy Virus’, performing the title track ‘Get Set Yo’ and the B-side ‘Valet Parking’. He also delivered vocals and charm across conversation, game, and live performance segments.
In the talk segment ‘MJ’s Street Talk’, MJ shared personal experiences and discussed concerns submitted by fans. In ‘Neighborhood Game’, he completed missions using capsule toy machines and gave special gifts to fans.
During ‘Playlist Talk’, MJ introduced songs he picked and explained their meanings. He presented his solo song ’12:25 (CLOCK)’, Choi Yu Ree’s ‘Forest’, Huh Gak’s ‘To Heaven’, and Paul Kim’s ‘So Long’, and performed them live.
MJ also debuted a new track from his upcoming single album ‘Right..?’ for the first time during the fan meeting. He said:
“This album is filled with my own unique charm,”
He performed additional songs including ‘You’re So Beautiful’, ‘My Everything’, and ‘Story’, showing his vocal range and musical variety.

After the event, MJ thanked fans and promised more chances to meet them. He said:
“Thank you for making time to come despite it being the weekend. I will create more opportunities to meet AROHA.”
“I will continue working hard, so please continue to support me and look forward to my upcoming activities.”

MJ’s single album ‘Right..?’ will be released on August 19 at 6 p.m. through various online music platforms. He will continue solo activities following the release.
