BTS’s donated memorabilia raised 300,300 USD at a charity auction tied to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Jimin’s shirt, worn during BTS’s halftime performance at the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on July 20, sold for 110,000 USD.

That price tied with the official match ball used in the World Cup Final between Spain and Argentina as the auction’s top sale.

Other winning bids for the BTS items were: V’s scarf 46,200 USD, Jungkook’s jacket 46,200 USD, SUGA’s pants 33,000 USD, J-Hope’s gloves 28,600 USD, RM’s boots 19,800 USD, and Jin’s belt 16,500 USD.

The total from BTS donations made up about 46% of the auction’s overall proceeds, which amounted to 652,630 USD.

Proceeds will go to the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, which supports educational opportunities and access to soccer for underprivileged children across more than 200 countries worldwide.

BTS is also on their ‘ARIRANG‘ world tour and will perform at MetLife Stadium on August 1 and 2.
