KISS OF LIFE release SWEAT EQUITY video previewing third single SWEAT
KISS OF LIFE released the “SWEAT EQUITY” video, a preview of their third single “SWEAT”, via their official channels at midnight on July 27, 2026.
The four-member group — Julie, Natty, Belle, and Haneul — put the comeback process front and center in the clip.
The short film is set in recording studios and practice rooms and follows the members as they prepare for the new release. It highlights effort, sweat, and tears, framing the comeback around the work behind the performance.
Visual metaphors underline the theme. The members’ growth is shown through the image of a plant sprouting from a seed, and a flowerpot placed under sunlight after the rain clears signals growth that comes after steady effort.
On-screen text appears near the end of the video:

The on-screen line ties directly into the single “SWEAT”, which will be released on August 4, 2026 at 6 PM through online music platforms.
The preview follows KISS OF LIFE’s appearance at ‘ACON 2026’, held at Taipei NTSU Arena on July 25, 2026, where the group performed “Igloo” and “Sticky” and staged a cover of BIGBANG’s “BAE BAE”.
With “SWEAT EQUITY” now out, KISS OF LIFE have placed preparation, growth, and pressure at the center of the rollout for “SWEAT”.
