KATSEYE’s “Animal” sets Spotify US personal best, debuts at No. 4
KATSEYE set a new personal best on Spotify US with their latest single “Animal,” which entered the “Daily Top Songs USA” chart at No. 4.
The track outperformed their prior singles “Internet Girl” and “PINKY UP.” It also debuted at No. 9 on the Global chart with over 3.3 million streams, and charted in 47 countries including the US, Canada, and the UK.
The music video for “Animal” reached 10 million views on YouTube two days after release. The video includes a cameo by Hollywood star Demi Moore and shows the contrast between a pop star’s public life and their hidden free instincts, with Demi Moore playing a character who helps the members transform.
“Animal” will appear on KATSEYE’s third EP, ‘WILD‘, due August 14. After the EP drops, the group will start ‘THE WILDWORLD Tour‘ in September, with 31 shows planned across 10 countries in North America and Europe.
